General terms of delivery:

• Fast and customer-friendly delivery.
• The goods are on site and we ship them within 3- 5 working days after payment of the invoice.
• We inform each customer about the progress of the order, starting from the preparation of the order to the delivery of the order to the address indicated by the customer.
• The Buyer chooses the method of receiving/delivery of the product and the delivery address himself when placing the order. We provide delivery of goods to the specified address.

Delivery in the territory of Latvia:

• For orders over 50 EUR - free delivery through parcel terminals.
• We deliver in Latvia through Omniva and DPD parcels and courier. The goods can also be received at the warehouse in Garkalne, Nākotnes iela 30, Ropažu district.
• When placing an order, please provide the following delivery information in the order form:
• 1) type of delivery - Omniva parcel, DPD parcel, Courier or Pick up at the warehouse in Garkalne, Nākotnes street 30;
• 2) choose the Parcel address (if you will use Parcel) OR the address of the place of delivery (House, apartment).
• Delivery costs: Parcel - 3.45 EUR, Courier - 6.00 EUR.
• You will receive the product within 4-6 days after payment of the invoice.

Delivery to foreign countries:

• We deliver to the Baltic States and all countries of the world.
• Delivery costs to the Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania): 5.00 EUR.
• Delivery costs to other European countries (outside the Baltic States) and worldwide: 7.90 EUR.
• For orders over 55,00 EUR - FREE DELIVERY to all countries.

• 1) choose the delivery method,
• 2) specify the address.
• For larger orders, shipping costs may be recalculated depending on the weight and size of the package.
  
• Preparing the shipment and sending it to the customer: 2-4 working days after payment of the invoice.
• You will receive the product in the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Estonia) within 4-6 days after payment of the invoice.
• You will receive the product outside the Baltic countries within 7-9 days after payment of the invoice.
